Description

This series contains photographs of transportation related buildings (including train stations, airport terminals, freight terminals, etc.) in New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and Victoria in the 1950s and 1960s. The photographs in this series were published in the Cross-Section newsletter between 1953 and 1970. Notable architects include Collard & Clarke, Stafford Moor & Farrington, Bruer van Schranck Bruer & Dawes, Clarke Gazzard & Yeomans and John Dalton. Notable photographers include David Moore, Max Dupain and Richard Edwin Stringer.
