Description

This series contains photographs of vehicle showrooms and carparks in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Western Australia in the 1950s. The photographs in this series were published in the Cross-Section newsletter between 1953 and 1970. Notable architects include James Birrell and Hassell & McConnell. Notable photographers include L & D Keen, Max Dupain, David Moore and Fritz Kos.
