Description | This series contains photographs, architectural drawings and papers regarding individual retail shops (interiors and exteriors) across Australia in the 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s. The photographs in this series were published in the Cross-Section newsletter between 1954 and 1971. Notable architects include Harry Seidler, Ernest Fooks, Hassell & McConnell, RF Gibson and Edwards Madigan & Torzillo. Notable photographers include Max Dupain, L & D Keen, Wolfgang Sievers, Richard Edwin Stringer and Fritz Kos. |
