Description | This series contains photographs related to federal government buildings in the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Victoria, New Zealand and Fiji, in the 1950s and 1960s. The photographs in this series were published in the Cross-Section newsletter between 1956 and 1967. Notable buildings include the Commonwealth offices in Canberra and Melbourne, and the New Zealand Parliament extension. Notable architects include Buchan Laird & Buchan, Sir Basil Spence and Leslie M Perrott & Partners. Notable photographers include Mark Strizic and L. and D. Keen. |
